Ringler showed up at the mediation at the adjusters request and only because they were there did the matter settle. There were so many issues to address due to social security benefits and Medicare.. Both the plaintiff attorney and defense counsel realized the matter would not settle without them. We got a great settlement and avoided additional litigation costs
