ADA has been in business since 1952 and under the current ownership of Barry Porter since 1986. Our firm has grown from just a small independent claims service in Albuquerque, NM to 12 offices throughout New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas. ADA has always taken advantage of the latest technologies to process claims faster and effectively dispatch assignments. All losses are dispatched and processed through the home office in Albuquerque. This enables us to track claims turn around and severity. We utilize CCC for our estimating platform but we are connected with all available vendors to send the EMS back in any form desired. ADA of the Southwest is superior to their competition in numerous ways… We don’t subcontract out to other firms. Our appraisers work for ADA and their clients. ADA is large enough to move additional staff to areas where claim volume is higher than normal or a catastrophe exists. Also, ADA is locally owned and operated by an owner that is fully involved with the day to day business of the firm. When something needs to be addressed it is taken care of immediately and personally!
